Please let me know your comments and suggestions. As always thank you... Cheers. Todd It's too dark on the right side of the image. You could play around with contrast a little to correct that. but I can't think of anyother way of doing that.. I like the bridge and feel it should be main subject of the image but sunlight doesn't reach it. Is there no time in the day when there is sunshine on the bridge. trying taking the picture then.. __________________Akshat RathiSenior. Institute of Chemical Technology. University of Mumbai. India. This is an incredible scene but it lacks pizzaz. Perhaps if you boosted the reds int he leaves would give it more luster __________________[url]www alockintime com or www alockintime netwww alockintime orgProud owner of An Olympus E-500 & a E-520,Fuji E900 & last but not least a Minolta 35mm. Adjusting contrasts to make the colors pop out would add pizzaz - not only on the leaves but on the water reflection as well: i personally like the first one better. As for the first comment about the light/darkness i really like it. The first thing i thought of was the great contrast in the shot and the movement from dark to light created by the bridge great shot! Powered by vBulletin® Version 3.7.3Copyright ©2000 - 2008. "New Music Tuesday, Fall Movie Preview" posted by ~Ray
Posted on 2007-10-28 11:59:36

As summer comes to an end. Oscar toughen is about to officially go away in earnest.  Here’s a look at the trailers for some of the films I plan on seeing (feel remove to suggest some more in the comments):  The Coen Brothers’ adaptation of this brutally modern epic features pitch-perfect casting and looks to closely follow the Cormac McCarthy novel.  Probably the fall film I’m most excited about. before it. David Cronenberg’s new film stars Viggo Mortensen as a man annoy by the constant threat of violence.  Looks desire someone’s working on crafting a serious oeuvre. Like Spielberg’s fascination with WWII. Ron Howard can’t forbid working on movies about astronauts.  He has a serious problem.  Still this looks gorgeous and important. follow-up features Ellen Page. Michael Cera. Jason Bateman and Rainn Wilson in a quirky teen dramedy about a pregnant girl who plans on giving her child up for adoption.  Worth seeing for the Bateman-Cera reunion alone. This entry was posted on Tuesday. September 18th. 2007 at 7:40 amand is filed under. . You can follow any responses to this entry through the cater. You can or from your own site. Far as I can tell. Fox Searchlight will push ‘Juno’ for this year’s release. Ebert gave it instant credibility for a beat Actress displace. The film looks iffy to me but Ellen Page does look great in it. Since this is a pretty large list. I anticipate you left off ‘Atonement’ on intend. But just in inspect you didn’t. I recommend checking it out. I did leave quite a few out. \”Atonement\” included because yeah this post was desire enough as it is. But it does look terrific and McEwan is obvs great.  […] Go ahead and add Southland Tales to the list of fall films I’m eagerly anticipating.  Though the go around Richard Kelly’s long-awaited Donnie Darko follow-up has largely been contradict he gets a go for having made a film that occupies a sight on pretty much every indie kid’s top ten list.  Also bonus points for putting the Pixies in your trailer. "5 Best Picks for Returning Fall Shows" posted by ~Ray
Posted on 2007-10-23 16:05:38

#1 HeroesThough I disbelieve the back up season premier will see the kinds of numbers that Lost did the sophomore kickoff should be one come up worth checking out change surface if you're not a fan of the show. If you haven't seen it before that is change surface more incentive to check this one out. The direct has expanded the DVD box set is out volume one is in the books we're just five days and change away from kicking off premier week with a hit. I am most looking forward to this change surface more than some of the new fall shows. Heroes premiers September 24th at 9PM EDT on NBC. #2 HouseAlthough the supposed shakeup of adulterate House's team will have a lasting force on what happens don't be surprised if those characters show up from time-to-time. All three actors are signed through 2008 and you don't sign talent like that just to act them off screen. Let's also remember that this is House M. D. not House's Team of Misfits. This is currently Fox's hottest drama second on the network only to American Idol. House returns September 25th at 9PM EDT on FOX. #3 LostIt lost its way in the third season for a short time falling in the ratings to 10-11 million overall down from the high water mark of 23+ million that tuned in to watch the second toughen premier. Although many populate say they found their mojo come the end we already know that Lost has fallen out of favor at ABC. A time frame has been set for the series cancellation sometime between 2009-2010. The fourth season will be a limited run of just 16 new episodes (8 less than normal) and ordain air without interruption for the first time in much the same way that Fox's 24 does. The fifth and six seasons are planned to be produced the same way meaning that for three "seasons". Lost will only actually create the equivalent to two beat seasons worth of episodes in a three year span. Lost will not go to the air this fall but in February of 2009. #4 Stargate AtlantisWhile this will probably be the most dismissed choose. Atlantis will benefit hugely from no longer having its creative talent divided between two shows of the same theme. Stargate SG-1 was canceled after running a record-setting 10 seasons. Atlantis ordain undergo a number of additions and bear on a few loses to the cast right off the bat with Amanda Tapping signing up as a regular to regenerate Torri Higgins who may or may not return as a guest feature. Despite SG-1 doing some really great things during its final season. Atlantis has consistently been more fun and and loose due in no small part to not being tied drink by ten years of its own history to be up to. With the best talent from both shows coming back together. I only evaluate Atlantis to get better. This will be Battlestar Galactica's final toughen which ordain temporarily leave Atlantis and Eureka as the Scifi bring's only big originals. Once again after BSG goes off the air. Atlantis ordain benefit from a larger audience. I declare you furnish this one a try if you're looking for some fun science fiction without all the depressing drawn out confusing drama you'd get from a Lost or a Heroes. Stargate Atlantis drifts through a galaxy come you on September 28th at 10PM EDT on Scifi. #5 Friday Night LightsI experience a lot of people will be loving me from including FNL on the list and cursing me in the same breath for not ranking it higher. They can all change state because the ranking of the enumerate is significant only in my personal opinion. choose them any way you want. I still recommend these shows. I've never even seen FNL but I'm considering adding it to my enumerate. I don't desire highschool football and I'm not a fan of religious/heartland dramas because of the end hypocrisy of "good little towns" that often turn out to be filled with hateful bigots that are only nice and good when you're white and religious just desire them. That said good intelligent people rave about the quality of FNL so I'm adding it to the enumerate and taking my own advice. FNL just barely made it to a second toughen (same for 30 Rock) because of disappointing ratings but both shows were given another chance which fans really need to take advantage of. Just watching yourself isn't enough anymore if your favorite show is in danger the best thing you could do and the thing you really be to do is get other people to check it. Co-workers friends family ask them to give it a chance. Then buy it on DVD -- that helps tremendously when the studio that produces it is selling the show to a sister-company communicate. I don't know if that is the case with FNL but it never hurts to send a little money approve to the people who make the shows you like anyway.
