After a minor fall no sound on ear peice

Yesterday my comprehend dropped on the surprise from the coffee table i grabbed it and it seemed that nothing broken but today i realized that ear piece not working
i only can make calls on external speaker if anyone faced this before please advice me please no workshop here in Khartoum are interested in fixing it so i will try to my self my life ordain never be the same again without comprehend
